Here are a few data curves from my Polar HR downloads. The goal is to help other vertically challenged riders, including myself, to be better prepared for their next NBW ride. I invite riders to make helpful comments on the rides. Best viewed at 1280 X 1024.

This curve is short by four miles. The leg to the Point was bypassed.
